🔥 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated (such as during high-volume launches or pre-orders). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once it’s on the way.

💌 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping within the U.S., with free shipping available on qualifying orders or bundles (see product details).

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

⏳ Pre-Orders

Select items are available for pre-order and will ship on or around the date specified on the product page — typically August 1st unless otherwise noted. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once all items are available.

If you want your in-stock items shipped first, we recommend placing two separate orders.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand!
